Biography
Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Julio Velasco is an artist and researcher whose work intersects with the fields of art, technology, and society.
He lives and works in Paris and Berlin.
His academic journey has been marked by numerous research endeavors, collaborations, and contributions to the exploration of art in contemporary contexts.
